Sand storage hopper

This equipment is used to store molding sand that has undergone sand treatment system during the production process, providing molding sand for buried box molding. The lower part is used in conjunction with a rain shower sand adding device or a cloth bag sand adding device for sand storage and burial molding on the production site.

Design Specification for Sand Storage Bucket

①Overall dimensions: 3500×2500×3800/2000×2500×3800/2000×2500×4500mm.

②The side plate is 4mm thick, the lower cone bucket is made of 6mm steel plate, and the cover plate is 4mm thick patterned steel plate.

③The upper reinforced channel steel is 12 #, and the box reinforced channel steel is 16a # and 8 #.

④The support legs are made of 200 * 200 H-shaped steel.

⑤Material level detection device: Detects the storage capacity of sand in the sand storage hopper, which can effectively ensure the storage capacity of sand and the sand processing line. Stable operation of the production line is ensured through linkage control between PLC and the entire sand processing line, ensuring normal operation of the production line.

⑥The side plate is 4mm thick, the lower cone bucket is made of 6mm steel plate, and the cover plate is 4mm thick. The patterned steel plate guardrail design is made of DN32 * 4mm welded pipe, with a 6.3 # angle steel base.

⑦The design framework of the ladder is made of 6.3 # channel steel, and the fence is made of DN25 * 3mm steel pipes.
